Mr. Alden Joe has an exceptional career in Health Care Administration, Financial Strategy, Revenue Cycle Leadership, Operations, and Governance. He most recently served as a consultant to large health care systems in the United States both government and private, as a Finance and Revenue Cycle Director. His roles also included working with the Indian Health Service/638 facilities on Navajo land in Arizona where he served in the capacity as Appointed Chief Executive Officer, Revenue Cycle Director, and Managed Care Director. His skill set includes working for one of the largest, fully integrated public hospital systems in the country. His expertise includes driving financial and process improvements coupled with market share growth. Mr. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration and an MBA from Grand Canyon University. He is a fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the Arizona Rural Health Association. His love of rural health and Indian country continues to grow particularly in tribally operated healthcare facilities that contracted or compacted under P.L. 93-638, the Indian Self-Determination and Education Assistance Act.
